This place, 5 km from the Libyan Sea, at the southern tip of Europe, off the coast of Africa, aims to build a bridge between an ancien way of life & the modern one, where we are caught in the nets of an overwhelming, breathless societal reality that constantly distances us from our origins & the organic nature of life itself. Welcome to The School of the Heart

Located in Kalamos, Paleochora, Chania in Crete, The School of the Heart is a place for everyone.

Here we celebrate the frequency of love and provide a warm and welcoming space for everyone.

The house is a traditional turkish structure building, 200 years ago. It's sitting in the middle of the mountains of South Crete, 5 kilometres away from the beautiful Libyan Sea.

The village called Kalamos. It's a very old, almost uninhabited village that falls under the jurisdiction of the charming little town of Paleochora.

Here live a few old Cretan grandmothers, cats, cicadas and eagles... The memories of the land and the people who came before have been preserved. 

Life follows the rhythm of the seasons, in tune with nature.

In this environment, connection is preserved; silence reigns. The peace surrounding this place creates the necessary foundation for inner revelation effortlessly.

The school of the heart is an invitation for inner balance and a natural grounded. 

This immersion in an ancestral land, preserved from the modernity of frenetic pacing, (chaos, and stress) yet still within Europe, offers a unique opportunity for an initiatory retreat, whether undertaken individually or as a group. 

Everything here nourishes the soul, helping us remember our true nature. 

Connected to the heartbeat of Mother Earth and to the surrounding mountain peaks, immersed in the sea’s crystalline waters and the warmth of the African sun, all the elements are present to experience a profound merging with the elemental forces—water, earth, fire, air, and ether—and to delve into the mysteries of life’s alchemy.
